The refund policy?

If you are not happy with the course or programme you are booked on, please let Clare know as soon as possible via email here.

Refunds will only be issued before the second live session begins, and only if you can demonstrate a reasonable level of commitment from your side - for example - you have completed the homework assignment and watched the first live session.

Cancellation policy

Courses often sell out quickly and because of this we have a strict and transparent cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend a course you have booked, if you cancel within two weeks of the workshop, you will incur a 100% charge and your payment will not be refunded. We're happy for you to transfer (or sell) your place on the course or programme, but we are not able to sell the place on your behalf. You will need to notify us of the changes.

If we need to cancel a course due to illness or very low numbers, you will then have the option of transferring to another course of the same value or being issued with a full refund of your payment.

All course materials - including those sent via PDF, email or uploaded to the website are all only for personal use on the course and are protected under copyright law. This copyright is held by Clare Nolan and she reserves the moral right to be identified as the creator.
