WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY:
Courses often sell out quickly and because of this we have a very strict and transparent cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend a course you have booked and paid for:
A friend or family member is welcome to attend in your place. You will need to provide us with their name, email/phone contact details and dietary requirements as soon as possible before the course date.
If we receive 8 weeks' notice or more: we will refund the cost of the course.
If we receive 4 weeks' notice or more: we will transfer you to another course of the same value.
If we need to cancel a course:
We may cancel any course/event due to illness or very low numbers, and you will then have the option of transfering to another course of the same value or full refund of your payment.
RETURNS POLICY FOR PRINTS:
Should you not enjoy your print, we will happily exchange the item for an in-store credit. This is provided that we receive the item within 30 days in a re-saleable state - undamaged and in its original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement or voucher. If you are approved, then your replacement or voucher will be processed and you will recieve an email with details.
